The announcement is starting to be effective in January 2020. The IBAC Governing Board serves the diverse needs of business aviation across the globe and is involved in all ICAO forums that affect business aviation, in addition to directing the council.
A turning point for Mr. Alnaqbi and a fantastic achievement for MEBAA as the crown of his career. Mr. Alnaqbi has been very dedicated to the progress of the business aviation of the Middle East and North Africa and bringing it close to international standards. Mr. Alnaqbi will be the first Arab to be presented with this role within the international council, this is an important testament to the development of the business aviation of the MENA region. Ali Ahmed Alnaqbi has previously served in the past three-years as the Vice Chairman of the IBAC Board for three years.
